RETURN POLICY FOR HIDDEN CAMERAS, EQUIPMENT
AND HI-TECH PRODUCTS
We at A HIDDEN CAMERA always provide our customers the best products at
the best prices on the net. Due to the nature of the products, returns
will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or
unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific A HIDDEN CAMERA
product page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by A HIDDEN CAMERA before any products are returned.
We test all of our cameras and accessories before shipping. Your
satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions
regarding our products, please contact A HIDDEN CAMERA at info@ahiddencamera.com before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY: Any hidden camera, nanny cam, wireless surveillance
camera or other hi-tech accessories and products are NOT subject to
return. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be
accepted for hidden cameras, nanny cams, surveillance cameras or any
other of our product line if they are damaged during shipment to the
customer. All returns must be authorized by A HIDDEN CAMERA before a
product(s) is returned. If A HIDDEN CAMERA accepts a returned item,
returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25%
restocking charge and MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD
FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. NO refunds will be given for items
returned without permission from A HIDDEN CAMERA.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
WARRANTY: A HIDDEN CAMERA guarantees all cameras, nanny cams,
surveillance cameras and all other cameras and accessories to be free
of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless the
manufacturer warrants it longer) after the sale to the customer. WE
WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR THE PRODUCT(S) AT OUR OPTION PROVIDING THERE IS
NO EVIDENCE OF CUSTOMER MISUSE OR ALTERATION.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY: It is the responsibility of the BUYER to obey any
and all local, state and federal laws in regards to possession and use
of any items on this site. When placing an order, the buyer is implying
that he/she is of legal age (18) and that any and all products
purchased will only be used in a lawful manner, purchaser assumes all
liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of
any of the products offered.
